Experience of more than two decades in high management levels at different organizations. Ayelet's last position as associated CEO of "Care Medial Services" – a network of aesthetic medicine clinics – included the establishment and activity management of large divisions in the fields of private medicine. She was managing hundreds of employees and directed work-flow processes while meeting the company goals.
